In modern times, some slimes, such as Suki, develop differently from others, one of of these types include the "soapy" type which gives them a beautiful sheen and transparent look, however they also have thinner membranes (Basically the skin of slimes), making them much more fragile and weak compared to other usually opaque slimes

"Soapy" slimes opt to wear thick protective rubber clothing while outside, severity varies, but usually its not too dangerous for the slime as long as they keep away from sharp objects.
